Dressing up in Tokyo

Why is it every time I'm in Tokyo, I feel underdressed?

It's similar to the feeling I had when I was in Paris.

See, that's why I pack so much lah!!

Yes, I'm here at the Juyoh again after 1.5 hours on assorted trains and walking...
